1. Where are you located?
Our business is based online with a local pickup option available. Once your order is ready, we'll provide you with the pickup address and instructions.
2. Do you deliver?
At this time, we do not offer delivery. All orders are pickup-only from our specified location. Delivery will be available in the near future, stay tuned!
3. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. Simply select the cheesecake flavor and size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email and pickup details.
4. How far in advance should I place my order?
We require placing your order at least 10 days in advance. For larger orders, we recommend 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability!
5. Can I customize my cheesecake?
At this time we are not allowing customizations, however we will be allowing custom cheesecakes in the future, so stay tuned!
6. What flavors do you offer?
We have a variety of classic and seasonal flavors. Check our menu page and our Facebook page for the current selection, as we like to feature new flavors throughout the year.
7. Do you offer any gluten-free or vegan options?
Currently, we don’t have gluten-free or vegan cheesecakes. This is something we will be working on in the future when we expand our menu!
8. What if I need to cancel or modify my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, cancellations after 48 hours may not be eligible for a full refund.
9. How should I store my cheesecake?
For the best taste and texture, keep your cheesecake refrigerated until ready to serve. Also, do not leave your cheesecake out of the refrigerator for more than 2 hours, this will result in a cheesecake that is not edible or safe to eat. Our cheesecakes stay fresh for up to five days in the refrigerator.
10. Do you offer gift cards?
At this time we do not offer gift cards.
11. Do you have a rewards program?
We currently do not have a rewards program, but it's something we’re considering for the future to thank our loyal customers.
12. Do you offer catering for events?
Yes! We offer catering options for gatherings, corporate events, weddings, and holiday parties. Our catering menu includes various cheesecake flavors in mini or full-size options, perfect for sharing.
13. How far in advance should I place a catering order?
For catering, we recommend placing your order at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Larger events or custom orders, such as weddings, may require additional notice.
14. Can I customize the cheesecakes for my event?
Absolutely! We offer an extended menu of custom toppings and flavors. Let us know your preferences when you place the order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
15. Do you deliver catering orders?
Currently, our service is mostly pickup-only, even for catering. We can provide packaging solutions to make transport easy and ensure your cheesecakes arrive perfectly. We can deliver on a case by case basis for an additional fee.
16. How do I get a quote for my event?
Please email us with your event details (date, number of guests, flavor preferences), and we’ll provide a custom quote.
