Lead Time & Ordering Policy
To ensure we have ample time to craft each cheesecake to perfection, please review our lead time and payment requirements before placing an order.
Standard Lead Time
- Regular Orders: Please place all standard orders at least 10 days before your desired pickup date.
- Larger Orders (5 or more cheesecakes): For larger or custom orders, please allow 14 days for preparation to ensure availability.
Payment Policy
1. Full Payment at Time of Order
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of placement.
2. Deposit
- Your payment includes a non-refundable 50% deposit. This deposit secures your order and allows us to begin preparation.
3. Changes or Cancellations
- Changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 48 hours of placing the order to qualify for a full refund.
- After the 48-hour window, cancellations may only be eligible for a 50% refund, as the deposit is non-refundable.
- For catering orders:
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 6 weeks prior to the scheduled event to qualify for a full refund. If your order is placed less than 6 weeks prior to the scheduled event, changes or cancelations must be made within 72 hours of placing the order to qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 6 weeks before the event will forfeit the 50% deposit.
4. Non-Refundable Deposit
- After 48 hours, we are unable to refund the 50% deposit due to costs incurred for ingredients, preparation, and scheduling.

Important Reminders
Please note that changes or cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate modifications, and deposits may not be refunded for canceled orders.
